It's me again ( >>11167 ). A couple of days ago, we learned that eggs can cause a decrease in your iron absorption, so be sure to eat them with A LOT OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES (the vitamin C in them helps increases the absorption), unless you want iron deficiency and/or anemia, which will cause stuff like impaired motor, mental function and (if you don't care about that, here's something you WILL care about) muscle weakness! OMG.
About the yolk and the white, eat both, you could do with the cholesterol, some of it is good for you.
