You're taking bad advice. Sincerely, go do some research, read about different kinds of diets (low caloric, ketogenics, intermittent fasting), learn about hormones and physiology, and make a right choice, or you'll get that weight back again in no time and you'll learn nothing in the process. The body is way more complex than the stupid "calories in vs calories out" shit that this reductionist assholes tell.
