Hello! This is my first message here, I wanted to thank everyone who shared materials; I am a student and a fitness entusihast and I appreciated a lot finding so much information, books and programs.
I also wanted to give my little contribute, so I am going to upload the Saturno Movement Academy stuff I have; unfortunately my internet is pretty shitty, so it will take some time and I am splitting the content in order not to take forever for a single upload. Also, the stuff I have its quite old because the subscription I had was from the months SM Academy started, right now I think there should be much more, but no more cash to pay :P
I never saw anything SM related before, so I hope this will be helpful for someone; I am starting with Yoga, and in the next days I will also upload Calisthenics, Handbalance (very limited at the time I was in the academy) and other stuff I collected, just give me some time.
