Hello Im 19 and 5'5, I think ive been 5'5 since 7 or 8th grade
Im trying to grow a little
So before I was taking 60cap of 588mg of Acetyl LCarnitine every night till I ran out to increase human growth hormone while asleep,
so far I see no growth results
