Hey /fit/, some time in the next year, probably not until next summer though, I'm doing the 3 peaks challenge but instead of driving between the mountains like a fatty I'm cycling, so I'm doing like 500 miles cycling in 5 days plus walking 3 of the tallest mountains in the UK (granted they are pretty damn small for the rest of the world)
I'm pretty committed to it but it still looks daunting as fuck, I've only been into cycling for a year now, I'm gonna be cycling more than 100 miles several days in a row, I haven't done that on a single day yet, how the fuck can I build up to this challenge?
Like what kinda workout programs can I do for huge endurance?
