i have heard contrary opinions on the joint issue.
i have heard that running helps strengthen joints and i have heard that running damages joints.
is this dependent on where you are running (up and sown hills, on a treadmill, on the beach, etc.)?
i don't personally notice any joint pain from running, but i'm not overweight, don't run on concrete, and don't run incredible amounts.
