read a lot? what books do you recommend?
Yes, I do enjoy to read. But you can get pretty much what you need in terms of mass and strength knowledge by reading Paul Carter, Jamie Lewis and Wendler's stuff. Feel free to disregard Carter's philosophy, Jamie's madness and Wendler's slow motion progress, because everything else they have to say is gold. Greyskull is good too, but I had to drag myself to working out, because, I for one, dislike lifting to failure, especially on deadlifts. That's just my 2 cents.
Brian Carroll's 10/20/LIFE™ is coming out this week and supposed to be an amazing book.
Thanks for the recommendations.

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is required to get set up? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I'm not very web savvy so I'm not 100 positive. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks addcddaade
