  • Vegan gains. Buy multivitamins. Buy olive oil lentils and brown rice. Buy pressure cooker. Cook 1 cup rice and 3 cups lentils every day. Fry 1/3 of the resulting cooked lentilsandrice in 2 tbsp olive oil and eat. Repeat every 4 hours or so.

    If you can afford it buy protein (rice or pea or whatever) and make a shake with 5g leucine in it (two scoops of my pea protein) after training.

    Buy flax seed oil and take 1tbsp per day.

    Train hard and gain 20-30 pounds in a month. If when you decide to shed some fat, cut the brown rice in half.
