The MASS content i submitted was over $300 USD or in my country $450 and in my country the BBM templates cost me $85.00 so thats over $500 already.

Don't know if this is the precision nutrition level 1 certification in complete, i traded some stuff for it long time ago and i really don't remember anymore. If this is it, please fulfill Tdlsu777 requests, the only thing that i would ask is if anyone can post the last 7 weeks of kizen sheiko competitive program (weeks 20-26) cause unfortunately i miss them.

Hey guys, haven't forgotten about y'all, just been stupid busy. For those who get frustrated with me for disappearing for periods of time, please understand I have 3 kids all 8 and under and all play lots of sports and right now we are in the middle of all stars.
For those that still don't understand, I left my house everyday this week by 5am and haven't gotten home before 930pm any day in the last 2 weeks. I also have over 50 people that report directly to me at work so I don't have time then either.
I know this may be a foreign concept to some of y'all but sometimes I just don't have time to get on here and mess with this or emails.
I post this because I have two guys emailing me 3-4 times daily being jackasses in the way they are going about things.
#1 if you talk to me like a shit head in email, I wont give you anything. I don't owe anyone anything. I don't need any more programs that. I already have, ever. Do not email me saying you need to have something and to send you the link. Do not demand shit from me, it is rude as hell, I would never ever do that, not even to people I trade with almost daily.
#2 if I don't answer and you were nice in email, I am prolly busy. I will get to your email eventually. Might be an hour, might be 2 weeks. I have a family and a demanding job, get over it. Nothing we post here is life and death.
Sorry guys, I know most of you have been extremely nice and appreciate as I have been back and it's just a couple guys, but it got under my skin.
As far as request, we finish all stars next weekend, after that I will be back to posting again. I have a bunch of stuff to post, but I took a new job a couple months ago and it's not as easy to post big files anymore. But I will or have someone post it. Until then, Happy hunting and happy lifting.
Oh and of you guys just don't know where to start Google the greyskull methods: a primer
95% of you should be running the aesthetic template from there for two years before thinking of going to another program. Many of y'all over complicate shit and it's why you look the same year after year.
Go do shit, sling some heavy fucking slag iron and stop pussy footing around on here, arguing and other stupid shit. The mods get annoyed with the back and fourth.
As far as skrux goes, I dunno if he profits etc, no idea, I do know he has posted a lot of programs for free and that's all I know.
