I didn't do the upload in this case, but the links are still valid.


Both books are really great, espacially the book on training did help me a lot. It is accessible, easy to read and understand while still being evidently science-based (part of the reason why the updated the book to the 2nd Ed. --> New science gets in --> you gotta update your recommendations)


Consider buying if you like it. The books don't come cheap, but I would still say they are worth the money (https://muscleandstrengthpyramids.com)

John Meadows's new program was just released today. Still looking for his leg training manuel also. Several people have requested it, but no one has posted it yet. Anyone have either? Thanks.

I have both the new Odin Force and leg manual. I will post in due time, would like to see some more bbm templates uploaded in the mean time.

I will upload thibs hypertrophy course as a reward for what has been posted and I will post maps strong.

Life is really busy right now though so it will take me time but should have them up by Sunday afternoon.

simple:

if your a beginner with no experience. A 5x5 program will suit you since you will build muscle regardless and learn the basic movments of the deadlift, squat, bench and over head press if this is your first time lifting.

If your a novice with about 4+ years of lifting and have the basics down packed then almost any program will work if its geared towards hyperthorphy. (jeff nip's, RP, Kizen, BBM etc)

If your advanced 8+ years of lifting you know what to do already just increase the frequency, vary weights etc.

What’s the best program for putting on mass that all you guys recommend? I’m 6’5” and have been training for a few years and want to get on a good workout plan. I plan on bulking for the next couple of years.
