You can always change any cells marked “kg” to “lbs” by reformatting the cells. Right click, pick “Format cell,” and you should see a pull down list of terms. The default for those cells is currently 0 “kg,” but you can find 0 “lb” further up the list.

Yeah, it’s kind of a pain, but it’s a workaround if you can’t find anything but kg copies.

Holy shit my dude. It is the 5 day template. There's a rest day in the middle of those 5 days and another rest day after the 5th day.

D1: Training Day 1
D2: Training Day 2
D3: Rest Day 1
D4: Training Day 3
D5: Training Day 4
D6: Training Day 5
D7: Rest Day 2

Repeat.
