Hey guys, could someone explain to me the difference between the novice/intermediate and advanced Renaissance Periodization Male Physique Template (RP MPT)? Assuming the same template in both cases obvisouly.
I have the old (2017-version) 4x full body template, both for novice/intermediate and advanced, but I can't find any differnces. Neither in the exercises, nor in the formulas (withhin the excel spreedsheet cells). Are my templates labeld wrong and? Are they actually the same template with different names?

That can't be right. They are selling different templates, so there has to be at least a minor difference.
There is some dif. In the olders the major difference is in the 6x week. The begginer is basically 3 upper 3 lower, and the adv is push pull legs repeat. Also, the volume is higher in the adv. In the 2018 templates, the adv is 4 or 5 weeks longs, the begginer are 6 weeks. The differences are small tbh.

I got the beginners template, but the advanced might be better suited for me, I guess. Wanna try it at least.

Yeah, looks like this one is the older 2.x version. The newer ones are all 3.x
