    It's from when BBM still had connections with SS. They never sold it separately it came in the first template bundle.

    The new novice template is supposed to be completely different.

    It's also funny how the Hyper/Strength/Powerbulding starting templates don't have choose your own exercises but the ending ones and the new novice templates do.

    It's like

    "okay you're new so it doesn't matter what you do get the volume in and have fun."
    "okay you're a little strong now time to focus."
    "okay you're decent now so it doesn't matter what you do get the volume in and have fun."

    Thanks, but sadly they are different. I also got the 2017 version. The (october) 2018 version has some differences. While they arent huge, I still think its worth the update for people that want to beginn with the template.
