I don’t care what you think man but the truth is I posted Powerbuilding 2 as a sign of gold faith and I also posted RTS GP as a sign of good faith based off nothing more than two people committing to something. If you don’t believe me that’s cool but I believe I’ve done plenty to show what I do and once my laptop is fixed you’ll be enjoying the templates I share.

No. I posted RTS GP because someone said they would share Kizen. Didn’t see it posted but when I woke up the thread was purged and my laptop wouldn’t turn on to keep sharing BBM 🤷♀️

instead of counting every calorie, why not just be aware of the things you eat? if you've never been fat in the first place, then chances are you can get away with eating quite a lot before you start getting fat. just lift shit and eat more, give it a few months and look at how it affects your body then adjust diet/exercise according to your results/goals.
of course, everyone on this board is pic related and have a dedicated team of scientists working on their nutrition and routines and will therefore claim that +-5 calories is the difference between auschwitz and obesity.
