Thanks. Download is huge. I know there is a video component to it, but would you happen to have just the Mass Intelligence Manual?

the magic of kung fu in this video, I've used this so many times to effect
sorry, correction, *reliance* on formalized structures of combat made me weak and pathetic, oh hell though when I got back to my natural tendencies though, the muscle memory, fitness, and familiarity with the general body movements was sooooooo helpful, I was way better off than when I was just relying on what I learned straight from fights and sparring
this isn't to say krav maga and MMA aren't good, but this is what I did and it worked
since wing chun is considered "soft" in some ways, and kind of flowing or something, whereas TKD is hard, simple, rigid and is defined by "square"

oh and the knee hop thing. you're not crow hopping, it's a single hop to close distance using your leg to absorb impact that might otherwise go to your gut from a low jab, kicks shouldn't be an issue, be ready to get that leg down to balance because it does leave you susceptible (in the opponents mind) to things that will knock you down... unless you're prepared for them to try
so it's not just a technique, it's a lead-on to provoke them to do the thing that if you react properly, can flip the problem back onto them using the momentum
hope you practiced wrestling :D
