The RPE progression model is bad. @7’s for a week? Then a week of @8’s? That’s not smart programming with RPE’s. Look at how RTS/BBM/CBB use RPE’s.
Frequency is super low too.
Who knows it might work for you and I hope it does but I’d be putting my faith in training elsewhere.
