  • A new study suggests that people who can do a lot of push-ups doesn't only mean that they are strong, but that they also have good heart health. In the research, middle-aged male firefighters were tested for their stamina. The results showed that those who could do more than 40 pushups in a row had a 96% lower risk of being diagnosed with heart disease over a 10-year period, as compared with those who could do fewer than 10 push-ups.

    How did you download this file from amyStrengthBook? I just joined and can’t see a download button but want to get all the stuff on there to share here? It only tells me how much to lift and not % and I don’t want to look at each program and figure out each %

  • My strength book is great, just not for our purposes. If you want to share spreadsheets of their programs you will have to put a hundred pounds as your max on every lift and that will give you the percentage. From there you will have to create your own spreadsheet, it is a total pain in the ass. That is the reason why I got rid of it as it was just too hard to get the programs off of there.

    Guys also I'm looking for the longer programs from the shrugged collective. I have all the shorter ones just not any of the long ones.
