Anyone have Bootcamp In a Box by Mike Robertson, Jim Laird, and Molly Galbarith? Would love to get my hand on this. Very much appreciated!
Super squat pg. 85 onward missing... would you mind uploading the full book?
Thanks for sharing, been reading it. Good stuff
But the benefit of whey is that it's in a powder form and is mostly just protein, so it absorbs into your body a lot faster than having to digest food. Hence, whey is the best for post-workout because the fast absorption allows your torn muscles to utilize the protein more efficiently/faster.
curious if anyone has anything from the militaryathlete website?
I downloaded Super Squats and there isn't anything missing. The dropbox download is fine. I just opened it directly and all the pages are there.
Hi, do anyone have the 15 second handstand by chris salvato?

Any body has Joe Meglio,s Deadlift Like A Man?
Hello 7chan, I'm from 4chan's /fit/ and this board seems rather interesting.
I have a question: I'm going on a vacation for 12 days and I'm taking with me a single adjustable dumbbell and a few small plates. Now what would be a good full body routine to do with this?
Pic related, my goal body
Make sure your tattoo artist is cool doing swastikas.
Critical bench program 2.0 anybody?
Check out convict conditioning (or any other bodyweight exercise routine) in the /fit/erature sticky. If you only have one relatively light dumbbell, you might as well just do bodyweight exercises. However, here are some other ideas
1)Find a corner for dips (you can put the dumbbell between your legs for more resistance)
2)find a bar, tree, ledge, whatever for pullups and chinups. Again, the dumbbell can be used if bodyweight is too light for you. Also, if you find a bar, you can throw your legs over it and hang upside down to do hanging situps/crunches.
3)weighted pushups. I'm assuming you'll have a backpack of some sort. Put the dumbbell and any other heavy stuff in it and push away. If normal pushups are too easy, here's some alternatives
4)If you're strong enough and are vacationing with a friend/family, you can fireman carry someone and squat them. I used this method with a friend when I was at ski camp. The person you squat needs to be lighter than what you usually squat since there's unequal weight distribution and less stability with a person. Also make sure they're being carried as high up near the traps as possible.
If all else fails, just take it easy and relax. It's only 12 days, you won't lose a shit ton of gains. My grad trip was 8 days of clubbing, drinking, insufficient sleep, and only 2 meals a day (due to staying out so late we slept in pretty late too). My squat went down 5 kg, but I brought it back up in 2 weeks (strength 5x5 program).
Any mountain athlete books?
Does anyone have Look Great Naked 365 program by JC Deen with excel files?
Cool thanks. I think i'm gonna do those weighted dips (off a chair), some pull ups and those fireman-squats with my lil bro. Maybe I'll add in some rows.
Anyone got 'Personal Best' by Julie havelka? It is the only instructional strongman guide available currently.
