    BTW, Gently remind some of you guys there is a button called "Entire Thread" and a function called "Search" which you can activate it by Ctrl+F4. Try that before requeting something that has already been posted.
    Also, it'll be great if some one can post New issues of Weightology and AARR.

  • Some of you SOBs are getting out hand with the request and never posting anything new. I'll be out of town next couple days but i will try and get sadik's programs uploaded and share along with a few others like the Chris Jones request.

    After that not posting anything until people start sharing some new things. I have all kinds of shit i still haven't shared like full brute body, defranco's cpps courses, tons of custom stuff, and a shit ton more because lately it's almost only me and funkmaster posting.

    I didn't say shit when i dropped every thing army program a while back but i haven't seen anybody step up to the plate and share his nutrition courses or his certs.

    I don't say much because i am older and make great money so i don't mind buying and sharing some. But i have a family to support and I'm not gonna buy every damn thing. A little help would be nice every once in a while in getting these programs out for everyone that can't afford it.

  • Question for those running the Mike Israetel RP Template.

    The current template doesn't really let you go past 10 reps. It doesn't even give guidelines for reps.

    I don't undertand what to do for reps

    For chest, you would probably do 6-10, whereas for side/rear delts you would need do 15-25 reps.But you can't do over 10 reps with this template. I don't get why it's basing everything off the 10rm.

    From the FAQ of the templates:
    19.) What does the rep range have to be?
    A: It depends on the phase. On your first set of an exercise, you’ll need to adjust your initial 10RM
    weight if your first set is too high or too low in reps. For all sets after the first of each exercises, any and all reps are fine. Please take a look below:
    Mesocycle 1: 6 reps or less is too few, 20 reps or more is too many
    Mesocycle 2: 10 reps or less is too few, 30 reps or more is too many
    Mesocycle 3: 3 reps or less is too few, 12 reps or more is too many

    For the new templates Mesocycle 1 are the first two mesocycles. Mike also stated that for heavy compound lifts you should rather should for 6-10 (Meso 1)... And in the metabolite Phase (Mesocycle 2 in the old templates, Mesocycle 3 in the new templates) you should mostly do Isolation and machine exercises because 20 rep deadlifts suck :)

Please contribute books, dvds etc that we haven't had before we all have at some point paid for material and shared without expectations of receiving something in return but its getting out of hand now with only a few of us posting to meet the requests. To add any validity to claims that people have posted previously why not sign up with a permanent user name then that way we know who is contributing or who is just here to take.

    Weights are determined by a high percentage of that 10RM. So it's hard to go over that 10 rep range by much. You're always stuck in the near 10 rep range. You can't really do 15-20 reps
