can some one redpill me on protein powders ?
i'm 230 and 5.9 i've been going to the gym for like 4 months now , i've noticed the noob gains and now i can't wait to grow more , my diet was godlike i spent most of my money on good food but in the next couple of months i'm going to have to scale it down a bit now should i get a protein powder ? and if so what kind should i buy ?

I don’t think anyone will have it since the workouts come out weekly on their website when ou subscribe. I used to run it and this was the layout for the most part
Monday: a squat a press and a pull. Was usually front squat snatch pull and push press
Tuesday: pull day. Cleans, rows, pulldowns, glutenham raises
Wednesday : push day. Bench, pressing,shoulder and tricep iso. Maybe some jerk complex stuff
Thursday was some Olympic complexes (opposite of the Olympic lift ran on tuesday) ,’squatting , hamstring stuff like rdls and lunges.
Saturday was another full body workout, usually a heavy Olympic lift, maybe squats, and push presses
