I can't think of any free service that would let you easily upload 10GB :/

I wonder if maybe it's best to simply create a torrent with a magnet link and just seed it for a while or something...

You could also use MEGA, but those links end up being taken down after a while.

well sofar It seems megaupload works.I've uploaded some big rar successfully.I'm uploading Kabuki but theres 15 rar files(Forgive my lazyness u guys need to download all 15 to get the files).

hi, i already posted lot of stuff (john meadows programs, layne norton books, the first thibarmy programs and lot of other stuff)

i'm searching for:

- neurotyping programs 2b and 3, the absolute ones and the neurotyping certification (module 3 and module 5 are the most important)
- kizen program competitive intermediate program by sheiko
- program 2,4,6,12,18,19 by john meadows
- the ultimate muscle mass ebook by charles poliquin
- the book of muscle by lou schuler and ian king
- principles of muscle building: program design by ultimate performance (aka nick mitchell)
- maximum muscle bible by christian thiabudeau and paul carter

please can someone post one of these? i have a lot of things to post in exchange if you ask.
