guys i have a question. if some author of the files shared would find this board how could he act for removing the links about his files? could he do something like censure/denounce the site or something? i'm only asking out of curiosity because until now thousands of dollars worth of files were already being posted and i was curious about the legal consequences of this

My opinion.
They can report abuse on the upload site, but they cant shut down 7chan or anything else.
Also theres nothing they can do to people who upload there files(unless they're super awesome hackers or the files are marked), thats what anonymous for.

I see people asking for either things that have already been posted, or things no one wants to share unless they get what they want in return and in the form of a trade so no one else benefits.
