i understand that i can't squat as much weight if i do them at the end, but since i'm not competing the actual amount of weight is irrelevant. the goal is to bring my muscles to failure in order to stimulate them to grow larger, right?
i really don't know. i have heard both sides argued.

Failure is a bad thing. It won't help you get your maximum potential out, 'cause you'll recover slower. It's also dangerous to lift weight until your muscles simply collapse. Always leave something in the tank.
Try to follow a more coherent program than just working out to failure, like, for instance, SS or something.

I feel bad for any retard paying a Scribd subscription fee when they could just upload a .txt file (or any original file) in exchange for whatever they're downloading.

If you want a body like hers then you're going to HAVE to lift weights. That's how she attained her physique. Think of it like this, if you don't lift and don't build any nice lean muscle what are you going to expose when you lose fat? Certainly not what the girl in the pic has.

Combine lifting and cardio effectively and listen to your body.

Do more research

Keto's for faggots don't do it.

Eat at a deficit, lift, do cardio. It's not hard to lose weight. If you're mentally strong and disciplined you'll make it and look great. Consistency is key.

If you're not mentally strong then don't even try it cuz you won't make it

If you fell off the wagon before hand what makes you think you're gonna make it this time? Sounds to me like you don't want it bad enough.

Sorry anon but you're not gonna make it lol

I hate hearing people complain about not being able to eat enough. Just eat more caloric dense foods.

I.e. mass gain shakes with bananas and peanut butter and whole milk.

ok you are beginner so its ok i guess... first thing first
focus on form on deadlifts, squats, chin ups,
your problem is going to be doing it properly so you dont injure yourself. focus on doing a lil more on lift days.
Workout A
warm up - walk, stairs, jog, (just to a sweat, about 5 minutes)
First set is always warm up set, typically barbell
Deadlifts 4 sets 15, 12, 10, 10
Squats 4 sets 15, 12, 12, 12,
Bench press 4 sets 12 10 8 8
Abs (crunches, russian twists, planks, laying leg raises)
warm down
just an example... post pic for a before pic. and personally i use goal pics, pics that look like that i will look like eventually

Hey /fit/ I always love the muscular definition of well proportioned comic characters (not the Hulk type) i mean this milimetric muscular definition (not as much as mass) and those dinamic lines that i think (or I believe that they do) implies functional strenght, coordinate groups of muscles and excellent cardio capabilities (i consider myself pretty strong in this last concept only) and this shit kind of inspires me. I´m just starting on weigths (two months or so), 22 years old, thin guy, 64 kg and 1.77m. So, do you boys and girls have any suggestions to guide my efforts to these particular goals?

Convict conditioning.
Read it, learn it, do it, love it.

Or at least just read it, and then judge for yourself.

Except that it's not, so do it.

You'll see OP, you're gonna find assholes like this one all around. All they are ever gonna tell you is "eat less and work out more", which is not real advice at all.
This particular one is also implying that you need some sort of blessing, that he calls "being mentally strong", to be fit and healthy. That also happens to be a lie. You can do whatever you want, and mental strength ain't something you're born with, but something you achieve.

So, find a real diet plan (not just eating at a deficit but something that also contemplates your macros and feeding times), like Atkins, paleo, Montignac, IF, perfect health, TKD; well, you have plenty out there to choose. Complete it with a real training program (SS if you are into weights, CC if you're not, and the cardio of your choice). As you progress, you'll get more motivated, and that's where your strength of will will come of from.
And don't listen to people like this, they don't really want no good for you, they just feel cool when others fail where they didn't.

I have no interest in getting fit or healthy.
I used to be naturally skinny, girls talked to me, I was happy. Anyway 3 years have past, I developed an anxiety disorder, spend most of my time indoors, now I'm fat and I want to be thin again.

I have invested in the following weight loss pills:
Adios Max Maximum Strength Weight Loss
Raspberry Ketone Burn - Highly Concentrated Fat Burning Formula
Alli - Orlistat 60mg Weight Loss Capsules

Does anyone have experience with these brands? or just weight loss tablets / appetite suppressants in general?

This is absolutely the worst way to go about this. If you have an anxiety disorder, most weight loss pills have caffeine and will only make things worse.
Also, even on the pills you still have to exercise.

That being said, I am a HUGE fan of Atro-phex by a company called BSN. It's not the strongest as far as weight loss goes but it is also a mood booster. I can tell a huge difference when I'm on it and when I'm not. They also make some other good weight loss products.

i'm at the point where i just don't care about side effects. i honestly want to just take these pills and stop eating for as long as i can to see what happens.
in my teens i was seriously underweight, i took ecstasy and amphetamines regularly without eating for days on end. had to give that shit up when friends started dying but yeah, safe to say a little caffeine buzz doesn't really faze me.
