lifting twice a week is fine. especially for beginning.
what is your cardio though? i run and there's no way i can run the day after doing squats. i like to run one day, lift the next, then rest. if you are just starting out exercising, the cardio might leave you pretty tired too.
don't overdo it and get good rest.

just go slow and listen to your body. too often people start off too hard and then burn out and quit.

also, write everything down. this is especially helpful when starting out as it will help you know what weight to work with. spend the first couple weeks trying different weights until you find the amount that you are barely able to perform the final rep with. and if you aren't sore the next day from it, raise the amount when you go back. the amount will go up quickly at first and then plateau. after 2 months then stop lifting for a full week to really allow your body time to heal. you will be amazed at the change when you get back in the gym.

quick question.

when exercising a muscle group, do you recommend working the whole group first and then individual muscles last, or target individual muscles first and then finish with the whole group.

example: you are targeting legs. do you start with squats and presses then do calf raises, leg extensions, leg curls; or do you finish with the squats and presses after doing the others?

Compound lifts before isolation. Compound lifts take a lot of energy and strength; if you start with isolation lifts, you'll be too tired and won't have enough strength to lift at your full potential with the compounds.

I don't believe it has anything to do with your sperm count, as these meds are psychotropics. However, you should read over your prescribing information that comes when you fill your prescriptions for a complete list of symptoms.
