Does anybody blow their nose so hard that their sinuses vibrate with a great intensity, giving off that deep resonating sound effect?

It has taken me about 20 years to realize this is one of the most harmful things you can do to your body. If you do the same to your lungs when you cough, too, you'll feel right at home with this.

To all reading this now and in the future, as you age the effect it will have on your body is detrimental. I'm 24, and my sinuses and lungs are in agony. Has the damage gone to the extreme of causing my nose to pour mucous in 10 degree Celsius weather? (50 fahrenheit)

The irony of all this is that in blowing my nose so hard that a vibration occurs, I would think that I'm doing more to cleanse and free myself of an ailment or pesky congestion of minute sorts, but the truth is that it is causing more damage to me than any damage that can be cause by not letting my nose run its natural course. Is society a strong, persuasive enough force to hurt myself so as not to have others laugh at me for having a "booger" on my face?

Such questions are for the thinkers of 7chan who might be willing to accept that they are victims of society. Owww, my sinuses hurt.

Last time I was ill I blew my clogged up nose so hard that I think I literally tore one apart, since the entire back of my throat was as red as a poppy of sheer liquid blood pouring down, rendering me unable to laugh or yawn for weeks after until it healed, otherwise it would rupture again. It was the most dreadful 3-4 weeks ever. The coagulated blood that "dries up" above the throat as you let it heal was nearly enough to suffocate me alone, never mind the stuffed up nose. It was SO uncomfortable I had to manually take a metallic, hooked dental pick when it was low enough to see and hook onto enough to yank the entire mass out through my mouth. Nothing made me want to vomit more than the thought of that.

This. Cals are ok but results are slow, 2 or 3 years to get a decent body. You look overweight to me but not too much. Key to loose weight is diet, not exercise. Keto for fast results, any decent diet for slow and consistent ones (I've tried Atkins, Montignac, Paleo, PHD, leangains, anything works if you do it consistently). Best results in my case came from the perfect health diet (PHD, google it for info), I'm on it and feel fucking great. I've lost 80 pounds btw, I know what I'm saying when I tell you cardio and diet are the way to go.
