    The only way to get good prize fighters is to have them fight other humans, and so they lower the price just to get warm bodies into the door.

    Your not there to box, you're there to train other boxers. But a great boxer has to fight good boxers to be good, so they'll train you, too.

    You can find places for $5/ hour if you just look.

    Ok Guys and girls,
    specifically those who have tried everything on earth only to get TEMPORARY results and are at verge of giving up. I've capitalized the word "temporary" because that's all your get form all the fitness regimes and methods out there. I'm writing this post just because I feel obligated.

    Trust me when I say "I'm THE 'been there done that' guy when it comes to fitness".

    I'm going to cut it short. When you're very young (below 30), your body is not going to store lots of fats and will keep in shape automatically. Yeah, automatically, and you thought it was all the HIT and shit your do.

    But when you're 30+, have a real job, have a wife and kids probably, then reality starts kicking in because all those "youth hormones" are not there to keep you fit. No matter what you do, you keep gaining fat. You've a real job and a real life so you do not have time for all the bullshit that drains your energy. You do not have time to make shakes, make stakes, count calories and all that shit. And you know what, even if you did, it won't affect a bit. You leave out ALL the fats (because it is fat that makes fat, common sense, right?), you eat your carbs, you do not think about sugars (because why would anybody think about sugars/glucose, we're told that fat makes us fat), you don't think about corn syrup (which makes glucose/sugars), you do not think about your blood sugar levels at all (because what's that shit anyways), and do not think about why you're forming the fat anyways (your only task is to reduce the fat, not prevent it from being created in first place).

    If you're curious like me, you would like to research into blood sugar level and how it affects formation of fats by sending false signals to the fat storing cells. Long subject but following is what I have figured out from my informal research and by reading some research done by real doctors (not "nutritionists").

    - Sugar (duh) cause high sugar level in blood
    - Carbs cause high sugar level in blood
    - High sugar level in blood causes formation of fat
    - Sustained high blood sugar levels disrupt the insulin function in body
    - You keep getting fat no matter what you do (as long as you've high blood sugar)
    - Finally you get diabetic

    You didn't read "negative effects of eating fat" in above 6 points, right? Not a coincidence. There is none.

    Solution:

    Very simple,

    - Cut down sugar to as low as you can (0 is a realistic number)
    - Cut down carbs to as low as you can (6gm per day is fine). Educate yourself as to what foods contain carbs.
    - Stop avoiding fats. Refined natural fats are GOOD for you. Our body needs fats to function properly. Refined butter, butter, cheese, dairy (unless you're allergic) are fine
    - Eat whatever you want unless that food contradicts with above 3 points
    - Do this for some months (it is not magic) and see your fats level drop AND YOUR HEALTH GOING UP.

    (it is simplified atkins diet btw)

    Want to boost fat loss? I've a solution for that too.
    "All you have do is go to my website and purchase this very simple program that will miraculously reduce your fat while you sleep.", ha ha, if you've reached so far then then you've already been victim of such false promises (read bullshit).

    OK, real thing, all you've to do is
    - Drink a glass of lukewarm water with a table spoon of (real) honey and a tablespoon of apple ceder vinegar in it in the morning before you eat anything and not eat anything 30mins after drinking it


    that's it guys. I've laid it all in front of you. Believing it is your privilege. But before you discredit it for being just another bullshit method, do some research about "blood sugar and its affects on fat storage". If you find it useful, please spread it because knowledge's greatest power is manifested only when it is shared.
