  • I have read about a new John Meadows book coming, and Juggernaut book.

    Om, I will email soon.

    Group buy's will not be SHARED. It will be useful for "buyers" to use material to swap in private.

    Chat shares are normally older programs.

    I don't think 4-8 of us are going to spend our money to just give it to everyone. No way.

    We can use it to our advantage to swap for other programs we want from people on forums.

    Maybe one day it will get shared, but considering most buy in's are like $5-7 people should be ALL OVER THIS.

    Just my view.

  • i have a name but for some reason it's not showing up. have you studied any PRI and used it? if so what are the results? if not what makes you think it's worth the money and is so good? I've done a little with it from what i've found online and can't tell what it's worth. a lot of what i've read about it is quite confusing as far as the theory

  • I did Myo so far. Yes, the theory and all is hard to grasp, i'm not sure if i got it down too. It'll take time, at least i did. hmm, the easiest way i can put it is dysfunctional postions leads to dysfunctional muscles and movements. Its easier to faciliate change when everything is in postion.

    Is the " i have a few things u r looking 4" you?

  • i posted that. you said dysfunctional postions leads to dysfunctional muscles and movements. Its easier to faciliate change when everything is in postion. how is that different than Gray Cook, Cressey, Robertson and others? It may sound stupid since i know PRI uses different interventions than those guys (Robertson and Cressey use PRI but don't talk about it much on their products.) Robertson said he'd only give 3 PRI correctives to people who come to train at his gym. According to what I understand most people have a problem with LAIC so I already know 3 correctives to give. Obviously it's different if you take the course but still it's a lot of money that I'm not convinced is worth spending.

    Haha, yeah i see your view. But its the value you perceive too, how the courses fit in your progression and style.

    like for me, movement courses arent my thing, movnat animal flow OS, all arent really my stuff. if its real cheap and in my area then sure, otherwise doubt i'll ever go to them.

    Why i chose PRI is cause my experience and path has led to 2 things i know i dont know, and PRi teaches one of them, other is Gait.

    yeah, a lot of stuff is expensive but sometimes the only way you'll know it sucks is in hindsight. like recently, a barefoot course i took, it was quite bad. wasted cash. their marketing was good though.

    A good example, would be like when i saw your question 'how is that different than Gray Cook, Cressey, Robertson and others? "
    The first thing that came to mind is "how are they similar?"

    Its nice to know there's someone out there like you, its how i think i learn the most. expand my vision. too tunelled a view sometimes.

  • i asked how PRI helped you specifically? How was it different than Gray Cook, Cressey, Robertson and others?
    I have a lot of experience with movement, visualization and meditation. I'm open to learning new things but not at the price PRI wants unless I think it's really great which I don't at this point.
