  • Has been bothering me for a couple days. Feels like a weird slight pain, with my lower back tired al the time and with some nasty tension there.

  • Have you been doing some heavy deadlifts or squats lately? Are you sleeping in an uncomfortable position? Is your posture bad? Do you use your back and not your legs when you bend over to pick up stuff?

    Lots of possible reasons. Make sure you sit up straight and not slouched to the side either. I find that after sitting at the computer for a long time in a leaning position can make my back sore.

  • Add some lower back exercises to your routine. I know it's not the most aesthetically significant part of the body, but it is functionally speaking and you should take good care of it.
    I'm following convict conditioning's bridges progression, and it's working pretty good, maybe you could give it a try.
