Word is I will do them tomorrow.
My best friends birthday today and I've been out all day.
I will be starting the uploads tomorrow. But it takes about 1 hour to upload just the one. So expect them sometime tomorrow.
Regarding the book.
If I have chance tomorrow, I will take photos of them on my phone, upload them somewhere and the chap here said he will convert to pdf for me.
Don't worry I haven't forgotten.
This thread has given me tonnes and it's the least I can do.
might add lean and lovely..If I buy it.
Would love it if someone uploaded modern women strength and defranco power DVD.
