And have you ever had ankle pain before (eg regular)? Did you do anything strenuous? If it's unusual stop the antibiotic immediately and go to doctor/hospital to get another antibiotic
What's with all of the bad advice on this thread? OP, if you want to change yourself, start by not being lazy. Properly educate yourself on the topic, instead of expecting easy answers on a thread. Every body works in a different manner, but to understand the behavior of yours you need to understand how the system works. And if you want fast results, it is most certainly possible. But do not expect it to be easy. Losing 5 pounds of fat per week or gaining that amount weekly in muscle? Been there, done that. But I can only do those things because I know my body well enough to fine tune it as I desire, after years of educating myself on the topic and experimenting. Most likely slow and steady would work better for you, as it is hard to fail that way. But, you have to educate yourself, there is no way around that if you count with a limited budget.
Do keep in mind, however, that it is hard to be so overweight without eating too much. You're eating too much, plain and simple. Focus on eating less and watch miracles happen. If you find that too hard, try to start by not consuming any more liquid calories. Drink only water. It is an easy way to cut back a HUGE amount of calories and start losing weight, as I doubt you can maintain that belly for long on solid calories alone.
Also sorry for triple-posting and fucking up posting all over the place. This is actually OP and I completely forgot I posted this here (braindead). It's also in /grim/ now in case you want to know how bad this gets. Trying to do anything after some weeks was a mistake and only created more pain and exhaust precious energy. And creates depression for days.
For the record the only things I'm sure helped were magnesium, NAC and ALA but it's not enough in the end. Maybe they work better while you're taking it.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I was already done with my dose, but I'm sure this will help someone else.
The ankle pain is gone. Still have issues related to the epididmytis. Prior to that I was lifting pretty heavy weights. I'll probably restart in a week or so and start moderately light and build back up slowly to what i was doing.
